How it Works
Starting Wednesday, October 17, 2020 at 12pm, visit our online 50/50 ticket site through CanadaHelps. Select the number of tickets you would like to purchase at $2 each and complete your purchase using your preferred method of payment through the CanadaHelps secure payment system.
Because our event is going virtual this year, there will be no in-person opportunity to purchase 50/50 tickets. Ticket sales will close on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at 7:30pm.
Draw takes place on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at 7:45pm.
What are the prizes and odds?
Chances are 1 in 8,000 (total tickets for sale) to win the 50/50 prize.
The prize will be half of the total amount of money made from all CVCDA 50/50 Raffle ticket sales.
The jackpot and odds of winning are different with every 50/50 draw, so the prize amount depends on how many people are playing and the size of the prize pool. The more tickets you buy for a draw, the more chances you have to win! We only will draw from the ticket numbers sold out of a total of 8,000 available tickets.
Where do I find my 50/50 Raffle numbers?
Find your number on the attached PDF Raffle Ticket(s) received with in your confirmation email sent following the purchase of your tickets. Reference the ‘TICKET ID’ number printed vertically along the top, left portion of your ticket.
You will receive a unique PDF for each ticket purchased. Each with it’s own number. You do not need to print your ticket(s) but you must keep them (either digitally or printed) to present if number is drawn.
