From now until November 1st, Ricky’s and Fatburger in Courtenay will donate $2 from every burger sold to support the 50th Annual Child Development Association Telethon.
Then, on November 2nd, come celebrate this amazing community event at the Sid Williams Theatre and see how your support helps local children and families.

Hi everybody, it’s Bob here and I am joined with Pam Crow from the Child Development Association and also Hari from Ricky’s All Day Grill and Fat Burger. So Pam, what’s going on? Hey, well Bob, it’s our 50th annual telethon and as usual the businesses in this community have come out to support us and I believe Hari has something to tell us about what they’re doing. Oh yes, yeah, thank you, thank you for having me and we decided this year we’re gonna support to CDA, Child Development Association and the Rikki’s and Fat Burger in Courtenay, they’re both restaurants supporting by donating two dollars on each burger we are selling and we’re gonna have a bold contribution.
So at the end of the contribution that all donation will go to telethon and I love to support my community, I love to support these. So this is a good cause, please guys join us and support as much as you can, just think each burger two dollars going to the telethon, so please come and support as much as you can. We are starting from today onwards and it’ll go all the way to the first of November and then the second they have the event, so we’re gonna give them all that support to them.
