Help after school hours for the families of school-aged children with disabilities

The Out of School Care Service provides individual support to school aged children with disabilities and their families.  Families are assisted in finding caregivers of their choice.

Services provided include in-home care/support, recreation/leisure support, life skills development, and out-of-home care.  Families are assisted with finding resources and accessing community services.  The Out of School Care Service often coordinates with other community services.
